Confirmation Email Text Formatting

When an applicant submits their application, they will receive a confirmation email from no-reply@decisiondesk.com.  You have the ability to insert custom text within a confirmation email.  Without inserting any custom text, this is how the confirmation email will look:

 

"Dear (APPLICANT),

 

Thank you for completing your submission for (DESK NAME).

 

You can view this and any other completed submissions by logging into your DecisionDesk dashboard at https://app.decisiondesk.com/login.

 

Thank you for using DecisionDesk, a service that manages digital media submissions and is not involved in the review or recruitment process. If you need technical assistance, contact us at support@decisiondesk.com. Please direct non-technical inquiries to (DESK NAME)"

 

 

When you insert custom text into the email, here is how it will be formatted:

 

"Dear (APPLICANT),

 

CUSTOM TEXT HERE

 

You can view this and any other completed submissions by logging into your DecisionDesk dashboard at https://app.decisiondesk.com/login.

 

Thank you for using DecisionDesk, a service that manages digital media submissions and is not involved in the review or recruitment process. If you need technical assistance, contact us at support@decisiondesk.com. Please direct non-technical inquiries to (DESK NAME)."

 

When you add custom text, it will only appear where displayed above, and cannot be moved.  You can add as much text as desired, broken up into paragraphs as well.  The text is not HTML supported.
