Review Notification Email Text Formatting

If reviewer notifications are enabled in your Desk Settings and the User is set up to receive these emails, they will receive a notification when an application is submitted that is assigned to them.  You have the ability to insert custom text within a Reviewer notification email.  When you insert custom text into the email, here is how it will be formatted:

 

"(REVIEWER NAME),

 

You have an application that requires review for (DESK NAME). Click the link below to log in and review.

When you add custom text, it will only appear where displayed above, and cannot be moved.  You can add as much text as desired, broken up into paragraphs as well.  The text is not HTML supported.
