For some reviewers and administrators, it is helpful to have notifications of new applications to be reviewed. DecisionDesk's email notifications tool allows you to specify if and if so, how often, a user receives notifications regarding unreviewed application profiles.
When logged in as an administrator, you can set notification frequency in a user's account permissions. To do so, go to User Accounts, and next to the user's name, click Edit User. Selecting None, which is the setting's default, means that the user will not receive notifications of pending applications. Selecting Immediate will send an email to the user each time a new applicant submits materials for review. Selecting Daily Digest and Weekly Digest will send the user emails at those frequencies to indicate that he or she has x number of unreviewed applications.
