"Error" or "In Progress" Media Files

A media file in the playlist has a tag next to it that says "Error" or "In Progress." What do I do?

All media uploaded to DecisionDesk is converted to a common format so that it can be viewed on our media player. For a few minutes after uploading a file, an applicant may see a tag next to the file name that says "In Progress." This is normal, and just means that the file is being converted.

However, a tag next to the file name that says "Error" indicates a problem with the media. The applicant has accidentally either uploaded a shortcut/cache file, or a corrupt file, and it does not contain any audio or video. In this case, the applicant will need to replace the file. For assistance with a piece of media labeled "Error," contact our friendly support staff at support@decisiondesk.com
