Resetting Your Password

Please use this link to re-set your password.

If you’re having trouble receiving the re-set password link, the first place to check is your spam or junk folder, as it could have ended up there. Note that adding no-reply@decisiondesk.com and then re-sending the link can also help.

As silly as it may sound, please make sure that you’ve spelled and formatted your email address correctly when creating your account. And if you have multiple email addresses, please check all of them to ensure you’re covering all your bases. Also be sure that your email address is all lowercase.

Passwords require 12 characters, and depending on the institution to which you’re applying, may also need at least one capital letter, a number, and a special character.
