Forgot your password? Don’t worry, we’ll help you create a new one and get back on track!

Have you previously created a DecisionDesk account, and just need to reset your password? If so, simply click where it says “Forgot your password?’ on the main login page, enter the email address that you used to create your account and click “Reset Password”. Make sure not to add spaces to the beginning or end of your email or the address will not be recognized. An email will be sent you with instruction on how to reset your password so that you can log back in.

If you do not see the password reset email, please try checking your spam or junk mail folder to see if the email ended up there. If you still are having trouble finding the email, it is possible that your account was created using another of one your email addresses. If you have multiple email addresses, you may want to try requesting the password reset to the other addresses.

To successfully create a password in DecisionDesk, the password must be 10 characters long and contain -

  • One uppercase letter
  • One number
  • One lowercase letter
  • One symbol
